We have a little buddy, or 2 or 3. He has been on our deck almost every morning for the past couple of weeks. Must be good eats around here. The kids love him, especially Livi. Gavin named him Eddy. They try and chase him but he is very fast. Livi says "Yizzard, where he go?" Then she will call out "Eddy!" in her cute little voice. Then she moves on to looking at grasshoppers.
So most of you know I have been following a fitness and nutrition program. We weigh in and measure every Sunday, and so far I have reached all of my goals!! 7 lbs down in 3 weeks and I'm starting to see definition again yeah!!!!! If I can just lose 1 lb. a week from here on out I will reach my final goal and then some!! I think it's doable!! Wish me luck! I can't wait!
So on Sunday I was getting ready for church, I got out of the shower and couldn't find anything that I needed to get ready. No hair stuff or makeup. I made a quick call to my dad who confirmed that I had left all of my things at their house. Ughhh. So I decided to get ready for church the best I could with what I had. I used a mini blowdryer and no brushes, just a comb to dry my hair. Well I have natural curl in my hair and it didn't turn out so pretty. SO then I had an old flat iron that doesn't work to well. I gave that a go and my hair just turned out straight on top and frizzy on the ends. I'm a hairdresser but no magic was being worked on this hair. So then I looked at my pasty make-up less face in the mirror and thought, I will just get dressed put on some jewelry and that should doll me up enough. Sadly to say when I looked in the mirror I was horrified. It just really wasn't working out. So I sat on my bed and thought back and forth in my head, I'm not going to church like this, then I thought, yes you are you're not that vain just go. After about 5 minutes of this and a little lipgloss later, I decided to give into my vanity and not go to church. I called a sub last minute and felt like dirt that I didnt' go. I guess I really am that vain!
While on the subject of vanity I thought I would actually post a pic of Olivia when she is freshly bathed and hair done. Since it only lasts about 10 minutes, it's rare that I have pics of her like this. I think she's adorable!
I am so excited for this! The awesome gals are coming to my house this Saturday to teach a group of us how to get in awesome shape!! I think it's a great thing they are doing and sharing their talents with people. I've heard from people who are doing the program that it's awesome!! I can't wait!! YAAAA WHOOOO!!!
Oh the zoo.. We had a great time. It rained on us, ( i included a lovely pic of myself) and when it stopped it was perfect weather. Not too hot and a little muggy just right. The rain also brought out the pleasant smell of the zoo. I asked Gavin what his favorite part was and of course it was the carousel. 
Isn't my mom the cutest grandma! Livi LOVED the elephants.

Hudson is such a good baby. I have really enjoyed the newborn stage this time around. I was always so nervous with the other two until they reached about 3 months. I feel like a little 7 year old little girl who totes her little doll around and plays house all day. I can't get enough of him! He is 7 and a half weeks old now and growing fast!

Can you tell Gavin loves his brother? He is always smothering him, I mean right up in his face ALL the time. I think it bothers me more than Hudson. He actually seems to enjoy it. Gavin is always asking where Hudson is when he is sleeping. He always talks about wanting to teach Hudson how to do things. Right now he wants to teach him how to camp.

I'm trying to catch up now that things are more "normal" around here. Hudson is 5 weeks old now and these are from when he was 2 and 3 weeks old. This post is especially for Haley!
Today we blessed Hudson. J did such a good job. It was so special and of course I bawled. I am behind on blogging and am trying to catch up. These are also pics of the kids in their Easter clothes.
About me in the pics, I know what you are thinking...man she's gained some weight! This is true, and while I'm not loving it, I sure don't mind the reason for it!! I love me some babies! Don't you worry though, give me a couple of months and I'll be sporting some muscles again! Just wish the double d's would stick around!
I'm a little behind but had to post about our little Liv. She is do much fun! Sweet with just the right amount of sass. She is hard to make mad but it's easy to hurt her tender little feelings (especially if you're daddy) We love our special girl!
Our baby is here!!! Little Hudson William West was born on March 31st.

He is such a good baby already! We love him so much and are so excited he's healthy! We're all doing well and loving every minute with our new baby! 
I was in much need of a little vacay before this little one comes. Some sunshine, maybe a little warmer weather, you know what I mean. So Jared surprised me Thursday and we took off for the weekend to St. George!
Jared's Sister Jessi, her hubby Puck and baby Josie joined us. It was so fun. Good company, good food, great weather, so rejuvenating! Now I'm ready to have this baby!

The kids had a blast. Gavin keeps saying he wants to move to St. George.
